In addition to your typical cue, we carry specialty pool cues because they are an important part of the game of pool. Jump cues are used to jump the cue ball over an obstacle, typically one of the billiard balls, in order to hit the intended target. This is a very difficult shot to make and requires more than just a jump cue to accomplish. Many professionals are capable of making a jump-shot, but beginners and amateurs may find it too difficult to achieve.
Other types of specialty cues include short pool cues and bridges. Short pool cues are used when a player is attempting to make a shot but does not have enough space to make use of his or her normal sized pool cue. It is important to have plenty of space surrounding your pool table, but sometimes, that is just not possible. A short cue is perfect for those situations. A bridge cue is practically a requirement for any pool table. Many pool tables even have a special rack beneath the table designed to hold the bridge. The bridge pool cue has a special attachment at the end that allows the user to rest a normal sized pool cue in it, effectively taking the place of one’s hand near the top of the pool cue.
In addition to jump cues and specialty cues, we have normal sized cues of varying length and weight, slate pool tables, slate-like pool tables, billiard balls, and everything else you need for an enjoyable pool table experience.
