I recently bought Zen Wind Chime Fountain and was real excited to receive it. When I did get it I realized it was sound activated. I was not clear about that when I bought it and it was my mistake. I contacted the company and requested a return or exchange and much to my surprise, I received a refund and was told to keep the fountain. I was shopping for a small fountain for career center in our home needing the constant flow of water to promote business, this fountain is not it as it needs a LARGE sound RIGHT in front of it to activate the water cycle. Although this is not the one I needed, I was very happy with the response of the company for my refund and the complete surprise to keep the fountain. I am manifesting abundance! I will buy again from Serenity Health because of the great treatment I received! I recommend Serenity Health!
