No two pieces of slate or marble are alike. The texture and color of the slate varies. For an additional fee you can select your own stone. You will get a quality image of 5 different stones to choose from. The stone you select will be the actual stone used to make your fountain. This option adds about a week production time. I did my research and kept coming back to your website not only for the price but for the information contained. Little did I know about the various types, sizes and weights of all things. I shudder to think what I could have done if not for your information.
After deciding on the perfect fountain I placed the order on-line. I was hoping for a special delivery date (before my open house) so I called customer service. I must say I was blown away at the quality of service I was given. Not only did she have my order right in front of her she began to put everything into motion as we talked. Superior!

First, let me begin by saying that the delivery of the unit was flawless. The carrier, R & L Carries was very accomodating in scheduling the residential delivery to my house.
Once there, the unit was extremely easy to put together. The written and CD instructions were very easy to understand and follow. Once constructed, the unit worked as it was intended.
However, and I am sorry that there is a "however" to such a nice experience, but the motor pump is not functioning as it is intended to function. It is bit too loud. That is, it came with a very loud humming noise that takes away from the serenity of the water fall sound as the water cascades down the face of the slate.
However, and this is a good "however", I called the customer representative number and spoke to a gentleman named Shane who was very, very responsive to my needs. After touching ba_x_se on all possibilities of why the motor was loud, it was determined that it needed replacement. Shane took all of the required information that was going to be forwarded to the motor manufacturer and assured me that a new motor would be sent to me within a weeks timefr_x_ame. That is truly "customer service!"
