The shipping was super fast, the product came undamaged. It looked charming on the website, and it is chamring in a lot of ways in person...but it looks very plastic so we spray painted it a sandy texturized paint. That helped but still, wish I hadn't paid so much for it. I am not putting it in my courtyard where I thought it would go, instead it's in the backyard.
