It is made of durable high quality fiberglass, molded to a stunning detailed design, and has a rich natural finish that looks like real stone, even though it is lightweight. This outdoor fountain will withstand all types of weather; however, do not keep water in fountain if temperatures are below freezing. This will cause the fountain to crack.

Water circulates up to the top basin and flows out of the lion head spouts into the middle basin, where it then flows out of the larger lion head spouts into the pool of water in the larger bottom basin. This multi-tier cascading water creates magnificent waterfall sounds that are so relaxing and soothing. After pouring a concrete base with an electrical outlet in the center (not needed if you just want to set and fill), I installed the fountain. Perfect fit and finish and the sound is wonderful. So easy to install and it looks centuries old. I had to turn the pump down to the lowest setting to keep the upper bowl from overfilling, and that was the only problem that I encountered. Shipping and packing was excellent, and now that the fountain is installed and running, it is well worth the price.
