The Sunjet 150 works perfectly in a custom-made fountain. Neighbors and friends oh-and-ah'd over it; some took photos. Before purchasing I read the available reviews and especially paid attention to the "professional" reviewer who said hers "just didn't work". Because I have a shallow basin, I found that I had to immerse the pump housing completely under water to prevent cavitation and perhaps that might be the reason for the reviewer pump's failure. The need for complete immersion should be made more evident in your instructional brochure. Further, I did not find this in your product listings but I would like to have a longer power cord, say 12 feet, from the solar panel due to the amount of tree shading on our property. Finally we are now inspired to look for more applications in our garden.

For an inexpensive fountain it works fine. The suction cups did not hold, so I secure it between a couple bricks. It is fun to watch & the birds really like to bathe in it. Be award that it will only be running when the sun is directly shining on the solar panel. As soon as a cloud passes over, it stops. I would recommend.

I have purchased several fountains and lights from Serenity, and I love them all. The ability to have the fountains run by solar power alone is thrilling. Of course unless there is a battery backup, without direct sunlight there is no power. It works for me because I am much more active with sunlight too, so I am more apt to be outdoors where I can enjoy the flowing fountains. I really enjoy the use of free solar energy!
