I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my mom and dad. They were thrilled with this gift. It arrived in a timely manner (before Christmas and I believe I ordered it on the 19th.) My only complaint (if it can be called that) is they did not know who sent it as there was no indication that they could see as to who it was from. By the way, I live in Florida and they are in Nevada. I plan to purchase more items from Serenity both as gifts and for myself.
