The fountain arrived in excellent condition as the unit was very well packed. I really like the fountain as the slate is well cut and of high quality. The pump is silent and very effective. I did find however, the bulb to be overly bright as it illuminates 1/3 of my living room ceiling and I have 9 foot walls! May I suggest you try 2.5 watts instead of 10 watts. All that aside, I am very pleased with the product.
