I ordered a fountain for my wife on Christmas and while I waited till last minute to order, I found most other websites would not ship that close to the holiday. I ordered from Serenity Health and they got it out right away.The fountain was very well built and a great price.However, when she opened it up on Christmas and plugged it in, it did not work.I called as soon as I could to get a part replaced(the power pack transformer was defective)and they called the manufacturer right away. I received the replacement part in 3 days,no questions asked. The customer service is great in my book, and the product is good quality.
