Description

This outdoor carved rajah slate 2-tier waterfall is made from real rajah slate from India. It is meticulously carved, chiseled, and smoothed by hand. The water flows out from the pool in the top slate tier and tumbles into the larger pool in the bottom slate base, which sits on a beautiful water-proofed terra cotta bowl (where the pump sits). The 2-tier waterfall sounds are absolutely beautiful, relaxing and soothing.

The adjustable-speed electric water pump plugs into any regular AC outlet. The cord does not have an on/off switch.

Lovely, small water feature. I am slightly (note the word) disappointed in the softer-than-expected sound. It's a very well-made and beautiful thing, and I would have wanted a bit louder trickle! I do have it in our garden just next to our patio where my wife and I can enjoy it and obviously it would be louder inside a house rather than outside. The accompanying "directions" are adequate but no mention is made of the brand or model # of the pump, which would have been useful to me as I sought to increase the water flow.

This fountain is much prettier than the picture. If you are trying to mask a lot of unwanted noise, this is not the fountain for you. However, if you want the serenity of gentle flowing water, you will not be disappointed. I wanted something that looked natural and I got it!! Also, there was no set up. I leveled the area, placed the top piece to the bottom, poured in the water and plugged it in. I also got a bag of nice river rock. Serenity Health shipped my fountain immediately...I think it was delivered within a week. I am very, very happy with my purchase.
