I wrote a review yesterday mentioning how much we love our mini moonshadow fountain but the light had gone out in just a few days. Here's the rest of an amazing story: I contacted customer service they immediately responded with a personalized message of apology and stated they would contact the manufacturer for a replacement bulb. That same day I received another message assuring me that the part is being shipped and a tip that the bulb needs to be submerged at all times. I've made a note of that and have bookmarked Serenity Health! What a treat to work with such kind and responsive people.

I recieved the mini moon shadow for my birthday and have it in my living room, it has a beautiful sound and adds something extra to the room. It is easy to maintain and to clean and love it.

The Moonshadow Tabletop Fountain was a challenge to assemble. It did test my patience but was all worth the effort. It is quiet except for the water falling on the rocks. Perfect.
