The rating scale does not go up high enough to reflect how pleased I am with the cubist fountain and with the cooperation I received from Serenity Health! When the fountain arrived, it was well packaged and easy to unpack and put together. Directions were clear and simple. The fountain looked fabulous in our entryway. I was SO excited. When I measured the water as directed and plugged the fountain in, it leaked. It was clear the reservoir was the problem. I contacted Serenity Health and they replaced the fountain immediately. Our entryway has slate tile and the fountain looks as if it was made for this space. It is beautiful.
