We ordered the fountain for my parents in early December and the on-line ordering process was simple. The search process located the website with no problems, the website was easy to negotiate, and the order was placed with only the necessary information. A confirmation e-mail followed shortly thereafter, which was a nice feature in the process. I contacted the company the next day with a question concerning the product. One of the owners answered my question and even solved my problem promptly by including something additional with the product at no additional cost.... I considered that outstanding customer service. We are excited for my parents to "open" the product at Christmas and let us know how they like it!
