Tabletop Fountains: Bring the Sounds of the Nature Inside

Here’s an easy DIY project for all the nature lovers who want to create that same feeling inside their homes. Have you thought about making a small tabletop fountain, like a garden tray, using terra-cotta pots and river stones? It’s a great idea, and an easy one, too.

You will need two terra cotta saucers, glazed ones to hold the water for your tabletop, one about 11 and the other around 19 inches in diameter; some smooth river stones; water; and some freshly clipped flower blossoms with bigger stems.

Place the smaller saucer in the larger, add water inside the smaller one and arrange the stones with the flower blossom. Keep the stem inside the water, so the flower can drink in it. Outside this saucer, place some potted plants and two small terra cotta saucers filled with salt, pepper, or other condiments.Make a Tabeltop Fountain

This unique tabletop water fountain really updates the classic concept of an ordinary rose bowl and certainly is worthy of only the best comments.
