Within the first 30 days in your possession, if you are not happy with your beanbag chair, please Contact Us. We will do everything we can to assist and satisfy you. Perhaps you just need an exchange of color or fabric, or a different size. We can help you with that. However, if we are not able to assist you to your satisfaction, you can return your beanbag chair to us for a Full Refund, minus a 20% Re-Stocking Fee. You must also pay your own shipping costs, to ship the bean bag chair back. If you want an Exchange, then in addition to paying that shipping cost back to us, you must also pay the new shipping cost of the exchanged item to you. That is very standard with all retail merchants.

** CONTACT US FIRST - If there is nothing wrong with your beanbag chair, but you don't like it and want to send it back for an exchange or refund, you MUST call or email us first, so we can verify that you have the right shipping address to send it to. Also, your bean bag chair must be completely clean and in perfect condition, and you must carefully package it to make sure it is not damaged in transit. See below for Conditions For Refunds and Exchanges.

Defects :
If there are obvious defects in your bean bag chair when you first receive it, please Contact Us immediately, and we will replace it for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FABRIC COLOR:
If you order more than one beanbag chair of the SAME color, we Cannot guarantee that the tone of that color (from one beanbag to the next) will be identical. For instance, if you order one beanbag with Red Cotton fabric, and you order another beanbag, also with Red Cotton fabric, most likely, the tone of those Reds on the two beanbags will be very close, and perhaps identical. However, that cannot be guaranteed. We will not be responsible for any variances in tones of the same color on multiple beanbag chairs. This does not constitute a defect, and there are no refunds or exchanges under those particular circumstances.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND or EXCHANGE: In order for you to receive your refund, your Designer Series beanbag chair must arrive to us in perfect, resellable condition with no damage and must be clean. So, it is your responsibility to make sure that it is extremely well packaged to avoid any damage in shipping. We do not offer refunds for returned merchandise that is damaged. If it is damaged in shipping, you can make a claim with your shipper (such as UPS), and they are good about honoring these claims. In such a case, they will refund your money, not Serenity Health.  If possible, you should use UPS, not the US Mail. Once your return is received at the warehouse and is inspected, you will receive your credit.

NOTE: Your refund will NOT include any of your shipping costs - That is quite standard for returned items. And there will be a 20% Re-Stocking Fee.
