Highest Quality
Upholstery Fabrics

All of the MANY upholstery fabrics in this series are the highest quality, most comfortable, most durable fabrics to be found anywhere. Their colors are rich and gorgeous, and they are so comfortable to sit on. Numerous fire tests have been performed on these fabrics, always proving them to be Flame Retardant.

With the Denim bean bag chairs, only 14 oz. First Rate Denim is used. This is denim straight from the mill. The Vinyls and Twills are the most durable, colorful, and comfortable vinyls and twills anywhere. The Ultra Suede is ultra soft, comfy and Amazing. All the Brushed Cotton bean bag chairs are overdyed from 100% cotton in its raw state. When you overdye a bean bag chair from a pure cotton "PFD" (Prepared For Dye) state, the results are deep rich colors. And with the special softeners that are added, the finished product is the brightest, richest and softest bean bag chair you've ever sat in. All of theTie Dyed bean bag chairs are individually hand dyed. A bean bag chair is taken in the natural "PFD" state, and it is tied and dyed by hand, for a rich original color in each bean bag chair.

Highest Quality Bean Bag Filler. The bean bag chairs in the Royal Series are filled with high quality, first-run, Flame Retardant Virgin Bead polystyrene filler. This is the finest, most durable, most long lasting bean bag filler on the market. This filler keeps your bean bag chairs full, fluffy, and very comfortable for a LONG TIME. Eco-beads or recycled foam beads are never used in these chairs. That's just ground up packing material, passed off as bean bag filler. Our Virgin bead filler is first-run, and is only used for filling bean bag chairs, for great comfort and durability.

Bean Bag Chairs Safe for Children with our Safety Zipper Patch

Very Safe For Children
Each bean bag chair in the Royal Series has a special Safety Patch over the zipper, which is shown here. This patch measures 2 1/2" wide by 3 1/2" long. When the zipper is totally closed and sheltered underneath the safety patch, small children cannot reach in and open the bean bag chairs. Their little fingers cannot reach inside the length of the safety patch, so they cannot open the zipper on their own.

Most Durable Double-Stitching & Zippers
Stitching - All of the bean bag chairs in this series are sewn with a double over-lock stitch after a five-needle surge stitch is preformed. This is the STRONGEST, most durable type of stitching you can find in any bean bag chair. Also, all of the double (top) stitching is done with thread that matches the bean bag color.

Zippers - These bean bag chairs use a #4 YKK brass zipper. It is a very high quality, durable and long lasting zipper.

Removable Covers on Some Styles
Some of the bean bag chair styles in the Royal Series include Removable Covers. This picture here illustrates the simplicity of removing one of these bean bag chair covers. The removable cover has a zipper at the bottom of the bean bag which encompasses three-quarters of the bottom circle, enabling you to open the bean bag chair and remove the inner liner very easily. Removable covers are machine washable on delicate with mild soap. The Small Size bean bag chair has a 42" zipper and the Large Size bean bag chair has a 59" zipper, both on the bottom circle. The removable cover bean bag styles come complete with an inner liner that is made from a 8-1/2 oz. poly cotton blend. Even the liners have a zipper, making it very easy to add and remove filler to your bean bag chair .
