Hiding the cord on a wall-fountain
Wall fountainslook best if the cord and tubing behind it doesn’t show. In most wall fountains the water will recirculate up a plastic tube that will run up the back of the fountain, the pump will in the basin and the core will need to come out somewhere to be able to plug it in. You will typically have a cavity behind the fountain for the extra cord to hide as well as the tubing so it not typically a problem however outdoor outlets typically aren’t as available as indoors so you will need a place to plug the fountain in. Ideally, you have an outlet directly behind the fountain and then that outlet is wired to a switch indoors so if you need to, you can easily turn off the fountain. This is not the usual scenario outdoors as it is indoors. A solution if the cord bothers you to look at is to get some beautiful greenery or flowers that you can place around your wall fountain that will hide the cord. You will love how the flowers accent the fountain as well and bring the water and natural beauty of greenery together for your new tranquil outdoor space!
